Ahmed Naseem engaged us to prepare a compelling proposal in response to an RFP for leasing units at the newly developed Harbour Food Court. The strategic location near the T-Jetty, Villingili Ferry Terminal, and IGMH presented a significant market opportunity. Our task was to create a robust business plan for a café concept, we dubbed ‘Delicio,’ designed to stand out in a competitive food court environment. The concept focused on offering affordable, all-time favourite Maldivian dishes with a modern twist, catering to locals and expatriates in the busy harbour area.
The plan included detailed industry and market analysis, defined critical success factors (employee attitude, unique brand, location), outlined the organizational structure, presented a full menu, and detailed operational and marketing strategies. Comprehensive financial projections were developed to demonstrate viability. Our strategic planning and proposal development were instrumental in helping the client win the bid.
